Pickup, Delivery & Returns

Pickup and Delivery

Farmstand subscription pickups are Wed. evening from 3-7 pm. These arrangements will be labelled with customers name to avoid confusion.
Kanata subscription home delivery is on Wednesday late afternoon.

Dunrobin and Carp subscription home deliveries are both late Thursday afternoon.
Home delivery requires you to leave a water filled vase on your doorstep to preserve your flowers until you arrive home.

Return & Exchange Policy

Are you disappointed with the product? We want to hear from you.

Returns are not typically feasible with a perishable product but a replacement or refund may be offered.
